Arc Architectural Services is a small multi disciplinary practice specialising in Planning Applications and Building Warrants for residential & commercial clients throughout Scotland. 

Whether you are looking to extend or convert your house, develop a site or redevelop a business premises, we provide a personal architectural service, meeting at your chosen location at a time convenient to you, providing you with more flexibility.

The design process starts with an initial consultation, Be it a new build, house extension, loft conversion, garage, conservatory or a change of use application.

At this point we will ascertain your ideas, hopes and budget. We will also assess and advise on the site and highlight any constraints. From here we can transform your ideas into a working design enabling us to produce the all the required plans and drawings.

We have A wealth of experience working on commercial and industry projects such as shop refits, warehouses, agricultural buildings to name but a few. Recent clients we have worked with are Arcadia Group at their flagship Oxford Circus Topshop Store, Lloyds Pharmacy, Cooperative Food and Sainsbury's.

We can provide survey services of existing buildings and assist with redevelopment and alterations. We also have strong links with retail consultants who can assist with product placement and layout to maximise profit.
